My Favorite Class is a Blast

MY FAVORITE CLASS IS A BLAST

Every student has a favorite class, and the reasons why vary. Some love a certain class because they like the teacher, while some just love the subject they are learning about. Some Greenway students were asked what their favorite classes are; this will give insight into which classes are  favored and why.

Freshman Timothy Springfield said that his favorite class was drafting. He said this was his favorite class because “it’s fun and I like learning about building.”

Sophomore Robert Rateanu said that his favorite class was History; he likes the class because “[he] enjoys learning about past experiences that happened before [he] was alive.”

Freshman Ethan Slick said that his favorite class is restaurant management. He said this was his favorite class because “I have learned a lot about food and how to handle food when working in a restaurant.”

Freshman Jamie Clarke said that her favorite class is dance. The reason for this is because “I actually get to do something fun instead of sitting and learning boring stuff.”

Freshman Juan Valdez said that his favorite class is Math; his reasoning is because “it’s really easy, the teacher is funny, and I have friends in the class to make it better.”

Freshman Avery Richard said that her favorite class is also Math. She said that she likes math because “it is an exact science of what the answer will be and there is always that concrete answer of math, [which] gives me happiness, in a way. I’ve also found it to be the most useful subject we learn in school because it’s something you use everyday, not necessarily algebra or geometric proofs, but we do use multiplication, ratios and time. That’s why math is my favorite subject.” She also said that her favorite type of math is algebra because there is always one answer that one is trying to figure out.
